As an architect, interior designer, construction developer, realtor, carpenter, or someone who would like to build their dream house, with VA Software you not only have available at your fingertips strong performing software for architectural floor plan designs, you also have an effective presentation instrument. Often considerable existing divergences in spatial matters and problematic designs due to cumbersome artistic convictions of the clients concerning construction projects can be easily avoided and alleviated with VA Software's renowned programs. VA Software's intuitive and easily operated graphic controls and user interface make it unnecessary to have any special EDV or CAD knowledge.

You plan your project and architectural floor plan - walls, doors, windows, stairs etc. You see your project right away with a mouse click. This enables the constant visual control of the entire house, as well as the construction details. The design and the illumination in reference to real light conditions of the rooms can be checked and viewed any time in the planning phase.
Dormer: Three different dormer types (including the truss construction) are supported. The front dormer wall can be stood on the floor (non-attached dormer) or reach to the roof area (attached dormer). The following dormer types are supported: shed dormers, saddle roof dormers and triangle dormers. You can place windows into the dormer walls, like in normal walls.
Skylights: Everything concerning windows for the attic conversion is perfectly edited in VA HouseDesigner Professional. A huge selection of skylights can be used for planning with VA HouseDesigner Professional.
Beam cross-section: It is possible to define all wood cross-sections for a roof construction with a dialogue. An information box shows all relevant data about the roof (roof area, Ifdm cullies, gable board, etc.).
Terrain modeling: The terrain will be marked by an extensive polygon. Afterwards you can put height points and you are able to cut holes into the terrain (for example swimming pools). The terrain can be separated into different areas (patio, ways, lawn, garden, etc.) and afterwards textured individually.
