Complete furnishing in 2D and 3D mode: Planning of the complete furnishings, wall papers and floor coverings in different style catalogues which include more than 3000 objects and textures (textures are used for surface structures ) with the enclosed standard catalogue in VA HouseDesigner Professional. Furthermore, you have the choice to generate any own textures.

You plan your project and create architectural drawings - walls, doors, windows, stairs etc. - in the floor plan. You can view your project right away with a mouse click. This enables the constant visual control of the entire house, as well as of the construction details. The design and the illumination in reference to real light conditions of the rooms can be checked and viewed any time in the planning phase.
Dormer: Three different dormer types (included the truss construction) are supported. The front dormer wall can stand on the floor (non-attached dormer) or reach to the roof area (attached dormer). The following dormer types are supported: shed dormers, saddle roof dormers and triangle dormers. You can put windows into the dormer walls, like in normal walls.
Skylights: All window considerations for the attic conversion are perfectly edited in VA HouseDesigner Professional. A huge selection of skylights can be used for planning with VA HouseDesigner Professional.
Beam cross-section: It is possible to define all wood cross-sections for a roof construction with a dialogue. An information box shows all relevant data about the roof (roof area, Ifdm cullies, gable boards, etc.).
Terrain modeling: The terrain will be marked by an extensive polygon. Afterwards you can put height points and you are also able to cut holes into the terrain (for example swimming pools). The terrain can be separated into different areas (patio, ways, lawn, garden, etc.) and afterwards textured individual.
