house is located, with VA HouseDesigner Professional you can simulate the
position of the sun via latitude and longitude in respect to your terrace or bedroom and where the shadow
falls.
You plan your project - walls, doors, windows, stairs etc. - in the floor plan. You can see your
project instantly with a mouse click. This enables the constant visual control of the entire house, as well as
of the construction details. The design and the illumination in reference to real light conditions of the rooms
can be checked and viewed any time in the planning phase. Plan and Design:
It is possible to plan and design endless floors including basement and attic floors. Floors can be shown /
hidden in VA HouseDesigner Professional. Walls will be generated and blended as 3D-models. Windows and doors
can be selected from given pallets or they can be designed by intelligent assistants.
Necessary wall openings will be automatically generated when placing. Ceilings will be moved in automatically.
Automatic stairs construction:
The VA HouseDesigner Professional has an automatic stairs construction including handrails for L and U shaped
pedestals as well as for straight, coiled, half-coiled stairs and for arbor and circular arc stairs. All stairs
can be selected either as solid or wood construction. A lower displacement and a top level displacement can be
calculated for every stair.
