VA HouseDesigner - Architectural CAD Software
Plan and design endless floors including basement and attic floor. Floors can be shown /
hidden in the VA HouseDesigner . Walls will be generated and blended as 3D-models. Windows and doors can be
selected from given pallets or can be designed by intelligent assistants.
Necessary wall openings will be automatically generated when placing. Ceilings will be moved in automatically.
As with other Windows programs, VA Software has menu lists similar to other programs with drop down functions.
An important principle and concept for VA Software programs is to provide two different modes of work -
construction mode and design mode. In construction mode, you enter all of the constructed elements into your
project. Walls, windows, doors, chimneys, roofs and more, as well as all of the elements for the construction are
available.
In design mode, on the other hand, you place your objects in the project. Objects are fixtures such as furniture
and accessories. The appearance of your layout can be changed at any time through the use of colors and
textures.In construction mode, you always work in a floor plan or layout view which shows the design from a perpendicular
view from the top. In the design mode, in contrast, you can use different views: a view which is similar to the
construction mode as well as a colorful view from the top and a perspective view, from which you can examine the
position of the plans in all three room directions which can be freely defined.
